Missing Dog

Description:

Licorice is a short haired black female that was 12.8 pounds when last weighed. Might be a chihuahua/shitzu mix. She has an obvious facial tic that looks like she is snarling. She is very skittish and needs people to be sitting and still and then maybe she will come to you for food. Don't try to grab her. Put food in a carrier or trap. That is the only way to catch her. She was spotted last at Speedway and silverbell at 530 in the morning on Tuesday, yesterday, November 24
