Description:
Cuddles is 17 with shorter white hair now and two hot spots currently being treated. He is a bichon frise. He has trouble seeing and hearing. I’m afraid he wondered off and someone picked him up. He had a little red collar with little skulls on it. Thank you for looking. He is a friendly dog. He has arthritis.
