Missing Cat

Description:

Large (20 lb) black domestic shorthair cat with long, slim tail. There are tiny spots of white fur on his neck and shoulders. He has a tattoo under his hind legs indicating that he was neutered. He was wearing a reflective breakaway collar with a small black bell when he went missing. It's possible it has come off thought. He is very timid and will not come when called. He also is not very responsive to wet food or tuna.
