Missing Cat

Description:

He’s black with white on his face chest and paws, and green eyes. The top of his head looks like it's balding and he has a scar in between his ears. He also has sensitive skin so there may be some noticeable irritation since he hasn't had any medication. He’s about 7yo and 15 lbs and he will come if called. He has a tummy pouch that swings when he runs. and unfortunately, no collar on.
