Description:
Carlos is a very friendly 10 year old neutered male chihuahua X. He's all black apart from his white mask and legs from aging. He has bilateral luxating patellas, so he holds up his left leg a lot when walking. He has a chip and was wearing a purple handkerchief with ghost on it when he left last night.
