Description:

Small chihuahua mix, he has a white patch in the center of his chest. His paws are sprinkled with white hair. Face is shaggier than body. He is 9 years old. No microchip. He is skittish so please approach him with a kind voice. Food in hand will entice him. He does not bite but I am sure he is scared so his behavior may not be normal.
