Description:
White Shih Tzu. Sugar got out without her collar and is travelling with our Tan Chihuahua Sophie. Sugar's fur on her head is a little longer than the rest of her body and she has a little "ponytail" wiht pink rubber band on her head. I was told 2 ladies were watching them as they wandered the Wal-Mart lot in Covington.
