Missing Cat

Description:

Very friendly and vocal. Started loosing his hair right before going missing and we had been working with our vet to treat the problem. Teddy is also a very skinny and small cat and he always has been because he is runt of his three brothers. Also has his tail broken three inches from the end. We rescued him from a puppy mill and we really miss him. He is also an indoor/outdoor cat.
