Missing Cat

Description:

Luci is a just over one year old male cat. He is mostly white cat with dark grey/black patches on his back and a black tail. He is wearing a collar with a red bell on it. The tip of his tail has a tiny bend at the tip of his tail that you can feel when you pet him. He has grey fur around his nostrils that make him look like he sneezed coal dust.
