Missing Cat

Description:

Tipsy is a small, female black cat with cerebellar hypoplasia (wobbly cat syndrome). Her back legs will appear to be injured when she walks or runs, but there’s no pain at all. She is friendly once caught, but is very scared at first contact and will try to run.
