Description:
Penelope is an emotional support animal and is very dear to our hearts. We live in NYC and are in Tucson visiting family for a few weeks. That being said, she is by no means an outdoor cat and doesn't usually stay out this long. Please help bring her back home! She is a 6 year-old Ragdoll cat and also answers to "Penny."
