Missing Cat

Description:

Short haired black cat with small triangular white patch on throat/chest. Very friendly and confident. Male cat, but may be mistaken for female as he had a P/U surgery (removal of genitals so that he urinates like a girl due to severity of kidney stones that were not being resolved by other treatment).
