Missing Cat

Description:

Sandy is a small, very shy cat. Her back legs are messed up, she walks funny, kind of like an alligator. Sometimes she meows and no sound comes out. She has been fixed, but not microchipped. She is also missing many teeth. Many of her teeth were rotten before we took her in and had her medically treated.
