Missing Cat

Description:

He's blackish brown and has a white patch on his chest. He has a dark circular scar on his right ear. He should have on a blue collar with a yellow ID tag, but he may have slipped out of it. He's a little over a year old, approx 12 lbs. He's shy but loves plastic/paper bags and will most likely come to you if you wave one around.
