Missing Cat

Description:

Orange and tan tabby, wearing a purple flea collar and a sparkly blue collar with a bell on it. Doesn’t respond to his name because he’s stubborn and makes the rules himself. He’s not neutered. If you pat the ground and say “come here” playfully, he’ll come expecting pets. He’s a sweetheart and sucks the end of his tail, it’s one of his most distinctive features. His tail will look normal, but the tip is slicked, it’s really a goofy sight to see.
