Description:
Kelby is a Chihuahua mix dog approx. 14 lbs. She is chocolate colored with a white small area on her chest. She is chipped however the info is not mine. I got her from A Tail to Tell animal rescue approx. 8 years ago and I never had the info changed. I did write to them but they did not respond to my email.
