Missing Cat

Description:

Ranger is about 9 months old. He has a very small head with a big tummy. Half of the hair on his tummy is shorter than the rest due to a recent surgery that he had for a hernia where his ambilical cord was. He is a very sweet but skiddish kitty. He has never been able to fully meow and if he does it’s very silent.
