Found Dog

Description:

Looks like a Maltese mix, shaggy wired fur, pretty young, not fixed, very gentle, very skittish, half potty trained it seems, found without a collar along with another dog which is female, I suspect some neglect and maybe abuse, was outside during the a storm. The dogs are clearly a bonded pair. Neither like to be outside at all.
