Missing Cat

Description:

Black and white tuxedo, white paws with some black toes, some white along belly. He has green eyes, one brighter than the other. He could have lost some hair on his back, belly and tail. He is newter (But still has a small portion of the sac), one clipped eartip and a short vertical cut on the other ear. He is gentle with people, but not with other cats.
