Description:
Small, white male dog. Possible Maltese mix, approx 8 lbs, very large tumor hanging over left eye. Very Sweet. Seems so happy. If owner wants, may be willing to help with cost of tumor removal. Not sure about it though, since Vet exam shows heart murmur. Don’t know what to do! My heart is breaking for the poor little guy, but I cannot keep him.
