Missing Cat

Description:

He's an old cat roughly 15 years old, he's a black/tuxedo cat [He's fully black with a white patch on his chest], on his face the fur would be thin where the eyebrow area is. He's pretty scrawny and his fur thins out on his lower half. He is declawed in the front paws. He's very vocal and is really spoiled when it comes to his food. If it helps narrow it down on one of his legs kinda close to his paw there is a thin stripe/line of fur that is grey that you wouldn't notice unless you were looking closely.
