Description:

Male, Persian, is chipped owners have contacted to no response. We've been feeding him and a few of us have also provided him outdoor sleeping accommodations. No one in our neighborhood can take him. He is THE SWEETEST most loving cuddly cat! He's been homeless for awhile as he's very skinny and matted.
