Description:
Owner will have to describe him to us. That’s why not a detailed pic. Seems to be a chihuahua(or mix of), the size of one. Gets along with other dog friendly dogs. We found him Dec 23, 2021. By what neighbors(that couldn’t catch him)said, he’d been out over a week before that. Very Hungry when found. Didn’t know many English or signing commands. Seems to be young, does have adult teeth etc.
