About this Found Dog
The picture looks like it but isn’t the actually one lost because I didn’t get a picture. Black Preadult German Shepherd, Running around dehydrated, starving, tremendously underweight with Mange and dermatitis from the top back spine to the tail where the skin is visibly seen, appears to be neglected or abandoned and needs emergency care ASAP as I am a Registered Licensed Veterinary Nurse, I can see this German Shepherd needs immediate care.
