Mr. Wiggles is an all-black cat with green eyes. He has a clipped ear. He is not microchipped and is not wearing a color since he broke it. He is about 8 years old and was took in when he was a stray. He is an indoor and outdoor cat but is mostly indoor for the day. He will refuse to use a litter box. One of his teeth is slightly chipped. He was last seen on New Years and never came back.
