About this Lost Dog

I’m hoping you are willing and able to post a lost dog for my rescue, House of Hope. animal Rescue. Chestnut was my foster before he was adopted. Chestnut is a 4-6 year old, male, smaller, lab mix. I had him at the vet the morning of his adoption for shots, microchipping, and weigh in (42 lbs.) The microchip is registered to Patti Clifton (founder) of House of Hope. He is sweet as pie but terrified of people, he will run if called or approached. Chestnut was adopted from our rescue the afternoon of 1/31/19. Late that evening the adopters called to tell me he got out of their yard on the Grubb Rd side of Brandywood. We have been searching and tracking him since that night. Last known sighting of him was a few days ago in the Sharpley area. We are asking the public to... Please keep posting and keep a watch out for him. - Do not call out to him or chase - Call (leave a message, if needed) or text with exact location of any sightings Distinguishing markings: - white around his nose & snout - white chest - white on back two paws, just around his nails - white tip of his tail, may not be distinguishable if he is muddy Thank you so much for any help you are able to offer. Toni Clark Foster, House of Hope Animal Rescue
