Lost Dog in Sylmar, CA, 91342 Last Seen: 25 October 2019

I saw a matted dog in the 91342 zip area today10/25/19 Friday at around 11 AM. The dog wandered in and out of our facility as if desperately looking for someone possibly the owner. I tried to give food but would not come near me. The dog left the business facility and got in and out of a parked bus. The dog lapped up the water from the bowl my co-worker and I left by the bus stop. But then the dog left and went on its way and continued desperately searching something or someone. The photo is NOT the actual photo of the dog. I was not able to take a photo since the dog looked very lost, confused, and moved fast. I copied the photo from your database since it looked similar to the beige small to the medium-sized beige furred dog I saw only taller and possible a 16 pounder.
