About this Lost Dog
He has black spots that resemble a cow he responds to Rocky. Rocky always has his tongue out. He did not wear a collar because two years ago he suffered a neck injury that could reopen if pressure is applied to his neck. He is in the process of becoming my emotional support animal. Please if you know anything that could help me find him don't hesitate to reach out. There is a small reward for anyone that finds him.
