It's about 11pm and I hear cat cries. I go outside and I can hear her bell. I grab the treats and race back out. She's shaken up and takes a minute before she'll let me scoop her up. I am shaking. In between giant bites of food, she comes to me for pets and rubs against her sister (our poodle). The kids are asleep, but they get to wake up to having their kitten back home. This intrepid kitty survived a week in AR winter with predatory birds and coyotes and managed to find her way back home.
