About this Cat
Marigold was a victim of a household fire and came in after hours with the police, and luckily her and her 2 other dog siblings were saved! Marigold is an approximately 1 year old, and weighs a wopping 7 pounds! She was in the house with dogs, and has done fine with other cats since she has been here. She was also around ducks and geese and some other small animals. She is a small package but she is a whole package! She would thrive in a household with any animals or children! If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application. Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All cats are spayed/neutered (deposit required if too young), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. HSBC has a policy of not declawing, which is included on our Adoption Contract. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the cat of your choice. Please visit our website for additional information. The online application can be found at: https://hsburnettcty.org/adoption-application/
Contribute to Marigold's Stash!

100% of Marigold's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Marigold.
Adopt Marigold and Receive Marigold's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Marigold's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Marigold's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Marigold, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Marigold's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Marigold was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Marigold’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Marigold’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Marigold’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
