About this Cat
Phil is an amazing young-but experienced cat! He came in as a stray and extremely matted, so he has quite the unique grooming job done by us. He is a very vocal cat and absolutely loves attention! Phil’s doesn’t seem to mind well-mannered dogs/puppies, and while he doesn't overly care for other male cats, he seems to like the ladies! He also did AMAZING while shaving him, too! We gave him some tasty pate, and he was more than happy to eat that and let us shave him. He also doesn't mind belly rubs. He frequently rolls over so you can rub on his belly. Phil is the epitome of a cat-dog! If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application. Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All cats are spayed/neutered (deposit required if too young), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. HSBC has a policy of not declawing, which is included on our Adoption Contract. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the cat of your choice. Please visit our website for additional information. The online application can be found at: https://hsburnettcty.org/adoption-application/
Contribute to Phil's Stash!

100% of Phil's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Phil.
Adopt Phil and Receive Phil's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Phil's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Phil's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Phil, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Phil's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Phil was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Phil’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Phil’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Phil’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
