About this Dog
Issac came in as a stray, and NO ONE claimed him. Like many others, their backgrounds are unknown. He is a sweetheart! He knows sit, and will paw at you for attention, and is potty trained, never going in his kennel! (We are unsure if he is housebroken) He is still adjusting, but his personality shows better in a calmer environment. He can be playful, likes to give hugs, and is a little particular about his treats. He is on the younger side, so you can expect some potential chewing and shredding of items. We keep them busy enough and he does really well here, apart from one small spot on his bed. He seems to tolerate other dogs just fine, but some of the louder ones make him a little nervous and he wants to be in a safe space where it is quieter. Anyone would be lucky to have this young man! We estimate him to be about one year old, so there’s not much more growing(if any) he will do. He weighs 49 pounds, so he seems to be a mini Aussie. Stop by to check him out, or fill out an application! If you would like to meet me, please visit our website and complete the pre-adoption application. Once it has been processed then we can make a date to get together! All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice. If you have a dog currently, you should bring him/her along to meet the new dog so we can see how everyone interacts. Please visit our website for additional information. 100% of Isaac's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Isaac.
Adopt Isaac and Receive Isaac's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Isaac's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Isaac's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Isaac, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Isaac's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Isaac was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Isaac’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Isaac’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Isaac’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
