About this Dog
Name: Taika Age: 2.5 Breed: Shep Mix Gender: Male Weight: 50 Good with kids: 12+ ideal Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: May try to play Current on vaccinations: Yes Fixed: Yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: Appleton Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: Taika came to us after a local shelter reached out for help. He was not doing well in the loud environment and was becoming highly stressed. Taika does great with the different dogs in his foster home, and at events. Occasionally he isn't a fan of puppies, but overall he's buds with anyone! He's best with older kids that can handle correcting his rowdy play style. If he gets too excited he may jump or get mouthy. It doesn't seem he was show right from wrong while playing and still has puppy mouthing behavior when excited. He really means no harm by it so its important people understand dogs use this as a way to communicate! Taika is a very sweet guy who may just need a little more guidance, but has nothing but potential in the right home. Showing us just how snuggle, loving, and caring he can be for his person; He wins hearts at every event but hasn't found a home yet. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit.

Adopt Taika and Receive Taika's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Taika's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Taika's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Taika, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Taika's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Taika was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Taika’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Taika’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Taika’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
