This is the smile of an 7yr old boy, who has waited ❗️2 YEARS❗️ for a new beginning. Back in Texas, and group took Major in with the false promises to help him. But, when he tested positive for Heartworms, they left him behind with a partner of ours. Through the course of those 2 years the group made excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't get Major. When in reality, they just couldn't be bothered with a sweet boy who needed some medical care. Thankfully, Our partner doesn't suck, and made sure Major recieved the treatments he needed. So, now that he is a happy, healthy, and Heartworm free boy. Major is ready for his new beginning! When his foster lady heard the story, there was zero hesitation in having him join us here. He is an incredibly sweet boy, who really loves to be outdoors and play with his toys. Major has been great with other dogs and friendly with everyone he meets. Due to the environment Major spent so much time, he does mark a bit while adjusting and is currently wearing belly bands. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Major was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Major’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Major’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Major’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
