About this Dog
Name: Chalina Age: 3 years Breed: chi mix Gender: female Weight: 8 pounds Good with kids: unknown Good with dogs: yes Good with cats: yes Current on vaccinations: yes Adoption also includes Certified Vet Inspection, and Prior vetting paperwork. Foster location: Green Bay Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: Chalina was one of several chihuahua mixes saved from a terrible hoarding situation. The conditions these dogs were living in were beyond deplorable. Chalina had an eye removed as a result of damage sustained due to inhaling large amounts of ammonia, after being surrounded by urine in the home she was raised in. Chalina gets around well, and navigates furniture (and baby gates) with just one eye. She is incredibly shy initially, but just as sweet. She will need a lot of help with house training and learning to walk on a leash. Most of all- she needs patience, reassurance, and help building confidence. Every “little” milestone when a dog like Chalina braves a new experience will make your heart smile. Currently, she still hides occasionally, but her progress is already evident. If you get comfy in a big chair, she will come and join you. Go at her pace, and you’ll be rewarded! Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit.

Adopt Chalina and Receive Chalina's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Chalina's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Chalina's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Chalina, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Chalina's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Chalina was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Chalina’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Chalina’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Chalina’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
