What do you say about kittens? Writing bios for kittens can be tough, cute and sweet seems to be a reoccurring statement. They are all cute and sweet, so it can be challenging to select your new family member/members. All you really need to do is spend one minute in our kitten room to fall in love with any of our kittens. Squeak came to us VERY sick, we were unsure we would be able to keep him alive until we could get him to a vet, BUT with some creativity, determined volunteers, a wonderful foster home for extra TLC, and sheer determination of Squeak, we were able to pull this kitten through. Squeak is now a healthy and happy kitten who is ready to have a long and beautiful life with a family of his own. This sweet baby is so loving, as if he knows how much he is loved already! He will have s/n completed on July 22nd, and be ready to head home shortly after. Applications are being accepted now. *****IMPORTANT******We require your home to include a YOUNG (kitten), age-appropriate feline companion. Young kittens will not be approved for homes where they will not have a young feline companion. If you do not wish to adopt two kittens, please consider selecting a cat nearer to one year of age or older. Giving your kitten a buddy will improve the lives of both cats while also making your life easier. Single kitten issues/problems are a real thing. Adoption fees for kittens include spay/neuter, up-to-date age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, flea preventative, and a microchip.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Squeak's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Squeak was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Squeak’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Squeak’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Squeak’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
