About this Dog
Animal Profile: Lilo and her brother Blaze are 3 month old siblings weighing about 25lbs each. They have been in a foster home in Hawaii and learning some of the basic puppy skills like housetraining and leash training. They are described to be calm, quiet, sweet, and great with other dogs and animals. Sienna will be arriving in Seattle on 7/16/25, coming from Hawaii. We will share more info as we get to know her in foster care. Foster Update: Meet Lilo, a Hawaiian gal who is a ray of sunshine wrapped in fur! At just 20 lbs, she’s a cuddle bug who radiates warmth and sweetness, and we think she might grow into a lovely 60+ lb girl based on those adorable puppy paws of hers. Right now, though, she’s the perfect size for snuggles, belly rubs, and nap-time cuddles. Lilo is a ray of sunshine who adores meeting new people and making furry friends. She’s calm, confident, and easygoing—nothing seems to phase her gentle spirit. She already has incredible recall skills and knows how to sit and shake like a little champion. She’s also doing wonderfully with crate training —she might let out a few soft cries when she first goes in, but she settles in quickly and finds comfort with ease. Like any curious and growing 3-month-old pup, Lilo is still working on potty training and leash manners. She’s already learning so much, and if she doesn’t make it outside in time, she’ll go on her potty pad like a good girl. She’s always trying her best, and her progress is a reminder of just how smart and eager to please she is. When she’s not learning new skills, Lilo loves tummy rubs and cozy naps, where she’ll softly snore her way into your heart. She’s happiest when she’s close to her people, but she also absolutely loves playing with her foster sister, a playful 1-year-old pup who’s 50 lbs of fun. Whether she’s in a home with other dogs or as the only pup, Lilo’s laid-back personality makes her a perfect fit wherever she goes. Lilo is incredibly smart and picks up new commands faster than you’d think! She’s treat-motivated and loves learning, which is no surprise given her sweet and gentle demeanor. Currently, she’s in a home with a 5-year-old and a 14-year-old, and she adores them both, proving that she’s wonderful with kids and families. If you’re looking for a tender-hearted, loving pup who will bring joy to your home, Lilo is waiting to meet you. She’s the kind of girl who will greet you with wagging tails, cuddles, and unconditional love every single day. Lilo is going to be a big girl, we are looking for a home with a securely fenced yard and large breed experience is a plus.
