About this Dog
Animal Profile: Ashley is an estimated 2-year-old Doberman mix that weighs 67lbs. She’s coming from Apple Valley Animal Services, where she was assessed to be friendly with people and dogs, and very well mannered on leash. We couldn’t let this gorgeous girl sit in a shelter where she was at risk, so she’s heading to Washington to start a new life. We are excited to get to know her in foster care and help her find her happily ever after. Foster Update: Sweet Ashley has blossomed in foster care and is ready to find her forever home. She is fostered in a home with a toddler and is gentle and respects the child’s space. She gets along excellent with the resident dogs as well as other dogs she has met on property. She loves to play but also knows when it is time to relax and coexist calmly. Ashley has moderate prey drive so understanding how to redirect her excitement toward small animals and fulfilling her prey drive will be necessary. She loves to go on walks and adventure and settles really nicely in the home. She is motivated by food, play, and affection! Ashley would do well in an active home who will continue her training and provide her with structure and exercise. She could easily go to a home with children. She would love a canine companion but it’s not required. Ashley has not been cat tested at this time Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current on DPPV & Bordetella. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue. Apply online at www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: This dog was rescued from the euthanasia list at a high-kill shelter in Apple Valley, California and being transported via START, arriving to Seattle area foster care 3/14/2024. She will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.

Adopt Ashley and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Ashley's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Ashley's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Ashley, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Ashley's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ashley was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ashley’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Ashley’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ashley’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
