About this Dog
Animal Profile: Olivia is an estimated 2-year-old, 54 lb spayed female shepherd mix (she sure looks like a Carolina dog!) who was shy and fearful at the shelter but quickly opened up with dogs in the play yard and became affectionate and attention-seeking with volunteers. She passed her temperament tests with multiple dogs and is now in foster care in the PNW. Foster Update: Olivia is settling in well to her foster home! She can be shy when first meeting people but once she gets to know you she will greet you enthusiastically. Olivia is house-trained and has been doing very well with crate training. She sleeps through the night and does well when I am out of the house. She is eager to learn, especially when there is food involved. Olivia has a fair amount of energy and would love to find her forever home with someone who will help her burn her energy. She enjoys chewing on toys and bones in her foster home. She gets along with other dogs and loves to play. She is learning basic manners and will need continued training. She does well in the car and enjoys going on adventures and running around in the yard or on a long line! She would love to be your adventure buddy! Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, and health certificate. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue. Adopt Olivia and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Olivia's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Olivia's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Olivia, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Olivia's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Olivia was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Olivia’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Olivia’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Olivia’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
