About this Dog
Animal Profile: Feyra was found dumped on a highway in a tiny town 30 miles outside of Del Rio, TX. She’s very playful with other dogs, and though timid with people at first, she’s quick to offer her belly. Feyra is approximately 1 year old and about 25 lbs. We will share more about her after she settles in to her foster home. Foster Update: Feyra is a really sweet dog. Although she's close to being an adult, her personality is still pretty much like a puppy, and every day has been full of new discoveries and learning the basics of how to be a dog. She is a bit under nurished, but on a good path toward gaining weight. We've been keeping her on a leash around the house to prevent her from chewing on furniture and get into any other trouble. That is probably going to be the biggest challenge for adopters. As she has been gaining more confidence, she has shown that she's more on the active side. She's a fast learner and really likes to follow the directions she's given. Plus she gives the best licks in the face to people and dogs! Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575, which includes spay/neuter, current rabies/DAPPV/bordetella vaccinations, microchip, health certificate, and heartworm test. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue. Apply online at www.DogGoneSeattle.org Animal History: This dog was rescued from euthanasia at a high-kill shelter in Texas and joined us from Saving Our Strays rescue partner. This dog will be available for adoption in Seattle once evaluated.

Adopt Feyra and Receive Feyra's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Feyra's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Feyra's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Feyra, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Feyra's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Feyra was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Feyra’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Feyra’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Feyra’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
