Looking for a loving and experienced home for my precious Toast (6 years old). Life can be ruff, and unfortunately, mine has become too much for my sweet Toast to handle. This 6-year-old cuddle champion thrives on love, but recent changes (divorce, frequent travel) have left me unable to give her the stable, calm home she deserves. Toast is a loyal companion, initially wary of strangers. While her growl is simply her way of asking for space, with gentle introductions, she warms up quickly and becomes your devoted shadow. She would blossom in an adult-only home where she can be your devoted companion. While a little nervous around young children, she previously lived with a feline friend and might do well with another cat. Toast is familiar with basic commands and responds well to positive reinforcement training. I even tried medication to ease her anxieties, but what she truly needs is a patient, understanding human to shower her with love and provide the serenity she craves. Imagine those big, soulful eyes gazing at you with unwavering loyalty. Picture those soft ears begging for belly rubs. Toast could be your constant companion, a furry friend to chase away the blues. My heart aches letting her go, but finding her a perfect forever home filled with love and stability is the greatest gift I can give her.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Toast's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Toast was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Toast’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
