About this Dog
BoBear is a soon to be 9 year old pitbull boxer mix this November. He has been a good loyal dog , he is neutered. Bobear and I did some training to work on his anxiety in public and I was not very successful. He is an indoor dog, afraid of all loud noises, nervous around new people at first, does not like most other dogs unless they come into our home first, he is not good to travel with because of his anxiety. I have kept Bobear because he is a loyal loving sweet dog with our family, good with kids, even my 3 year old who chases him around. He has issues with food allergies and will get ear infections if fed certain foods.

How will BoBear receive the contribution?

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and BoBear was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, BoBear’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the BoBear’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, BoBear’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
