About this Dog
Meet Coconut! Hi there! My name is Coconut, and I'm an adorable 4-year-old female Pomeranian from South Korea, weighing in at a perfect 11 lbs. I was rescued from an illegal breeding facility in South Korea, where I lived in heartbreaking conditions. Thanks to dedicated local activists, I made it out—and now I’m looking for a home and start a brand new life full of love and cuddles! Despite my rough start, I'm friendly, sweet, and eager to be part of a family. I get along well with people of all ages, gentle kids, and other dogs. I’d love to join you on walks in the park, or just snuggle up at home. I'm looking for a forever family who can give me all the affection and care I missed out on. Adoption Fee: $1,695 This includes my spay surgery, DA2PP, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccines, deworming, heartworm test, microchip, boarding fees, health certificate, and my flight from Korea to Seattle. Note: A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs. You can bring your own or purchase an AirTag from us. We highly recommend our trusted rescue dog trainer, who can visit your home and help with the transition. The adoption fee helps us save more dogs like me and support others who need medical care. Ginger’s Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and your fee is tax-deductible. Interested in adopting me? Please email [email protected] for an application. Let’s make forever happen!

Please begin the process of claiming Coconut from Korea's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Coconut from Korea was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Coconut from Korea’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Coconut from Korea’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Coconut from Korea’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
