She was here two weeks and gave us another litter. Abbott is the stepdad who loves the babies so much he really enjoys giving them all attention and he is very gentle with them. Abbott gets pretty fussy when you pick him up and he’s quick to nip and tell you to put him down! Lola is a very good little girl and now needs a home where her and Abbot can enjoy the good life. Larry is Lolas son and has decided he wants to stay with his mom and step dad forever ! These three are just the cutest trio and such a loving little family ! MINIMUM HOUSING REQUIREMENTS: 4' x 6' x-pen. Indoors only. ADOPTION INFORMATION: The adoption fee is $180. for each bunny...bonded pairs are $360. All bunnies are spay/neutered and microchipped. In the event anything should happen to their adoptive family or their home (hurricane, tornado, etc) we are trying to insure they are safely returned to Bunny Lu. DONATIONS ARE NEEDED! BUNNY LU is a 501c3 non-profit, all volunteer rabbit rescue founded in 1999 to help domestic rabbits find loving homes and lead happy and healthy lives through education of their human companions. Your tax-deductible donations are needed to help provide veterinary care, food and shelter for the 150+ rabbits per year that are in our care. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Abbot , Lola and Larry was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Abbot , Lola and Larry’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Abbot , Lola and Larry’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Abbot , Lola and Larry’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
