About this Dog
*LISTENS WELL, QUIET, KNOWS COMMANDS SAMMY - 7 years old, 45 pounds, house trained, friendly Sammy was surrendered when his owner could no longer care for him. He is shy at first but warms up quickly. Sammy is experienced at being a member of a family. He’s 7 years old now and still has a skip in his step. He loves to go for walks and enjoys going on car rides to the next fun adventure. He also is happy to just hang out with his family. Sammy can be trusted to roam free in a home when left alone although we are told he might bark and/or whine during this time. He sleeps in his crate at night. He is known to steal objects from countertops and/or trash cans so keep your eyes on this silly boy. Sammy is afraid of loud noises...aren't we all? Sammy has not been around other dogs. If you have a resident dog, bring him or her in for a meet and greet and let's see if they can coexist. At the same time, please be ready to supervise, supervise, supervise! When we learn more about how he feels about other dogs, we will update this bio. Sammy is currently in our medium dog adoption kennel and waiting to meet you!

In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, 180582 Sammy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
