About this Dog
LOKI - 1-5 years old, 55 pounds, house trained but may have an accident here or there, friendly, dog social Loki is back in the shelter again. We are told this smart boy can escape kennels and he isn't good with being alone for long periods of time. He is a medium size boy with that thick husky black and white fur and that thick curly husky tail. He sports black on the top of his body and white underneath. His bright clear blue eyes are paralyzing. He is known to be good with children but supervision is always encouraged and teaching the little humans about respecting an animal's space is important. Loki knows basic commands. He loves being outdoors and enjoys the company of other dogs. He responds well to corrections from others and he chases other dogs around in play. He came right up to me and introduced himself, although a little pushy I might add he did sniff me a lot and even licked my hand. As is typical of the husky breed, he does have some prey drive and should not live with any small animals. Loki is a friendly and goofy boy looking for the same in a family! Come out to meet him! He is currently in our large dog adoption kennel.
