About this Dog
AIMS TO PLEASE, OBEDIENT, KNOWS COMMANDS COOPER - 5 years 4 months old, house trained Cooper was surrendered when his family was moving. He is a good size dog, much bigger when you see him outside of the kennel. He has a unique look of white fur filled with black spots, some dark and on top of the white, some lighter and underneath the white. Cooper is obedient and extra training would not only get and keep his mind working (as he is the working breeds of cattle dog/heeler) but it will also help form a trusting bond between you. He is already intelligent and knows a lot. It's in his genes to continue learning! He loves to play tug and go for walks. He was a bit nervous when I got him but I just went slow allowing him to get used to me. I didn't push it by petting him. I just led him out. In the yard I offered treats which he did not take right away. Cooper has not been around children and we are told he is not a fan of other dogs. Cooper is currently in a back kennel so if you don't see him when you come in, please just ask!

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and 181003 Cooper was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, 181003 Cooper’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the 181003 Cooper’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, 181003 Cooper’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
