About this Dog
This precious little girl was found emaciated and filthy, and all we can think is that she had been kept locked in a crate or tiny area for months if not years. Her coat was stained, and her feet were burned from urine. All it has taken is three weeks for her to appreciate food, and attention, and good vet, care, and look at her now! She is adorable, learning to be house trained, and loves being with other dogs. Food is still a passion for her, and we are helping her learn to eat slowly, so the food can do its business and bring her nourishment as she needs it. Please consider adopting precious little girl, who only wants love and attention more than anything else. PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA. For questions about the pet, please email us at [email protected]. All adoptions begin with an application, found under the "Animals" tab on our website, friendsofcampbellcounty.org. *Unaltered babies under the age of six months can be adopted only to residents of Campbell County, the City of Lynchburg, and counties touching Campbell County. *Unaltered adult pets six months or older will need to be sterilized before they can be adopted outside our local area of Campbell County, the City of Lynchburg, or counties touching Campbell. *We do not promote dog adoptions to homes where an invisible fence is the fencing of choice. *We do not permit cats or kittens to be declawed following adoption.

Adopt Strawberry Moon: At shelter and Receive Strawberry Moon: At shelter's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Strawberry Moon: At shelter's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Strawberry Moon: At shelter's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Strawberry Moon: At shelter, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Strawberry Moon: At shelter's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Strawberry Moon: At shelter was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Strawberry Moon: At shelter’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Strawberry Moon: At shelter’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Strawberry Moon: At shelter’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
