About this Cat
Yo-Yo is a beautiful dark brown and white tabby. His head and feet are disproportionately large for the rest of his body, indicating he might be a big fella when he stops growing. When not conducting ferocious ambushes on his mother's tail, he has a calm and gentle disposition, and is destined to be a great movie buddy. While full of the typical kitten playfulness, he will usually sit back and observe new situations and people before entering the fray. Once he opens up, you can really see his goofy side shine. Adventures for Yo-Yo are always better in pairs. He can usually be found toddling along in Cheerio's wake, or curled up with his mama, Stuart. Yo-Yo is definitely a mama's boy and would love to stay with her, or with one of his siblings, in his forever home. He will be able to go home once he and his siblings are weaned, likely after the first or second week of August, but is available now for pre-adoption! This cat's adoption fee is $75. Many cats do so much better in pairs, especially kittens, which is why we offer a reduced adoption fee of $25 for the second cat (or more!). We welcome applications from outside the Lynchburg area; just keep in mind that non-local adopters must wait till the cat is altered before taking it home.

Adopt *Yo-Yo and Receive *Yo-Yo's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, *Yo-Yo's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is *Yo-Yo's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the *Yo-Yo, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming *Yo-Yo's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and *Yo-Yo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, *Yo-Yo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the *Yo-Yo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, *Yo-Yo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
