Big man on campus Leo is around 5 years old and ready to jump into his furever family. He is goofy and full of life! He has previously lived with a female dog and will do best with a female dog that can handle his pushy play style. A dog test will be required with any pups currently in the home. He does need a home with no cats. He loves to go for rides in the car and will make a great co pilot. He does need a home with kids that are at least 13 years or older. He will make a great swimming buddy as he loves the water! He thinks he is a lap and just wants to be with his people doing everything they are. He could use some leash training as he pulls a bit but is still somewhat manageable. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Interested in adopting? For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Leo was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Leo’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Leo’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Leo’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
